Zoosk Subscription Cancellation: Here’s How to Cancel Now
There are many reasons why you might want to cancel your Zoosk subscription. Maybe you were not satisfied with the service, or maybe you just don’t have time for it anymore. No matter what the reason is, here’s how to cancel your Zoosk subscription today.
The first step is to click on “My Account” in the upper-right corner of the website and then choose “Settings.” Once there, scroll down until you see a button that says “Cancel Subscription.” Click on this button and follow the steps from there!
Step One:
From the Zoosk website, click on “My Account” in the upper-right corner of the home page.
You’ll be directed to another screen that displays your account summary and settings.

There are three options here for cancelling your subscription – you can do so with an email request or by phone if you are calling customer service at (800) 399-6887. Step Two:
If you are cancelling your subscription through an email request, click on the “Cancel Subscription” button and fill out a form with all of the information that is requested. This will include your name and phone number so they can contact you if there’s any questions about your account or how to cancel it properly as well as their mailing address where Zoosk should send anything else related to this issue. Next, select why you’re deciding to unsubscribe from Zoosk – whether it be because you have been billed too many times in one month (more than three) or if something just doesn’t work for you anymore like not being able to find people who share similar interests with what was originally set up on your profile.
Zoosk offers a variety of ways to cancel your account, but if you’re not currently using Zoosk then it’s easy to end your subscription.
